As anybody from Albuquerque knows? Being on Central is always a little sketchy at best. The cleanliness of this restaurant was somewhat surprising given its location. The staff was well put together and well organized and the food as always was delicious, as I’ve come to expect from any Dion’s. I give this restaurant at 10 out of 10 and definitely recommend.

Lily needs to be retrained in the menu and needs training on customer service we asked about some ingredients and didn’t know what kind of ingredients the pizza has and has a horrible attitude towards the customers rolled her eyes when I asked for recipet kept telling me hold on and kept talking to her coworker Mayra about her personal life instead taking care of the customers in front tryin to place a order we are from out of town and got highly recommended about this place we will not be coming back !!

I was the contact for a school group of about 60. The manager, Desiree, was patient on the phone and knew her stuff. Whenever called, they picked up promptly and knew what they were doing.

I came from out of town and ordered a pizza and salad through the drive thru on Tuesday evening. The young lady at the drive thru, Lily, was so helpful on explaining the menu and choosing the best options for my family. She was so sweet and gave amazing customer service. The pizza was also hot and fresh and the salad delicious. Highly recommend this location.

The food is always quality at Dions. The customer service experience this go round was not that stellar. Initially took more than 10 minute for anyone to even greet me or take my order at the counter. I get that it was busy in the pickup window drive through but literally no one including what appeared to be a manager on duty so much as made eye contact with me. Overall a very mediocre customer service experience.

We ordered two large pizzas and were told they would be ready in 20 minutes. This was on a Friday night and we knew that it would really busy but it was worse. We went through the pick up line and sat there for 20 minutes before they started coming out and telling customers to pull around to the front to wait for their pizza. We waited for another 15 to 20 minutes and I had to find out what was going on with our order. When I went inside I saw about 12 employees who were standing around talking rather than taking care of business. When I got the manager to complain about the service and the lack of it, she told me that our pizzas were accidentally given to someone else and she tried to get them made but it would be another 20 minutes for them. That’s when I left. Probably won’t be going back for true.

One of the better locations! Very friendly staff, good food, hard working. Come here if you’re craving Dion’s Stay away from the one up the street on central past Eubank AND the Montgomery/Morris locations. Super rude!
