I’ve been to dozens of Del Taco’s in various states and this is the worst one I’ve ever been to. All of their burritos are 1/2 the size that they are at every other location. They are not following the corporate guidelines for portions when making food. I’m not sure what’s happening in the background, but they are definitely cutting costs at the customers expense. Their rice is undercooked and crunchy. On top of all of that, their staff is incredibly rude. It’s the kind of place where the standard greeting is “what do you want?”. You feel very unwelcome here as if you’re imposing upon them. The only nice thing I will say is that the dining area is nice and clean, and always empty, for reasons that are now very apparent to me.

I went through the drive thru around 10:30 last night. The lady was rude the whole entire time. Charging so much for a cheese burger for it to be the size of a kid. Also I had a hair in my food. Will never be back and tell people about this. Worse service ever !

Logan was amazing! Any person that gets thrown into a drive thru position on their first shift at a new job and kills it gets props from me. Great communication about how long food would take, aware of what items they didn’t have, verified my order to confirm my special requests. My card was declined when he first ran it and he was very kind and professional when telling me. Great customer service skills.

I hate being a Karen about this kinda thing but I went to deltaco for lunch and the first time they gave me the food they shoved it to us not careful at all plus my nachos were all over the bag. The lid wasn’t on so I didn’t leave i asked for it to be remade she asked why Jason says its all over the fing bag! So she takes it then the manager gives it back with only putting a new lid on it food still all over the container like we wouldn’t notice. Now they won’t answer the phone. Last time we go there like come on. It wasn’t even busy one truck behind us.
