Me and my husband entered the store and at first we thought they was closed because the store was filthy. Nobody greeted us when we walked in they just looked at us. Nobody was in uniform nor did they have on name tags. The young man that was working drive through had to stop taking orders to take and make ours ( tall heavy set guy with dreads). He was so nice. Another male employee just sat our stuff on the counter and walked away! No spoons or napkins. This have to be the nastiest store I’ve even been in and I hope someone call the health department because the store was just that nasty and their attitudes was just a nasty! Note… we didn’t even eat the ice cream because we didn’t trust it. We just wasted $18. 68

Lazy staff! I ordered a blizzard and waited inside for 15 minutes for pick up time. When I came to the front to pickup my expected freshly made blizzard, I was than directed to the freezer where the ice cream cakes where stored in up front. Uhm…I know I didn’t order this overnight so are y’all staff just that lazy to service mobile orders with common sense? Not I have to thaw out my blizzard because it’s solid. If you want to go to the Dairy Queen’s off Central Ave..Just Go There because this location ain’t it!!!

Sad that you can’t get a good burger at DQ any longer. My first burger had been microwaved until the cheese turned into a hard plastic like substance and the lettuce was wilted and steaming. The replacement burger had hard, dry, tasteless, cold patties. It was not an $8 burger. The manager did make getting my money back for the poor excuse for a burger easy.

My experience with this location is that it has very poor customer service, and the inside is always dingy, dirty and not very well maintained. But I still love DQ’s ice cream and this is the only location in the area. I have ignored that in the hopes that one day they will get themselves in order. I stopped by this location one evening with a friend at around 10 mins to 8 and they had already locked the doors to the lobby and refused us service. When their website and the hours on the doors clearly indicate that they are open till 9:30pm. I can understand wanting to close the doors a few mins before closing time if it looks like there will a lot of customers wanting to come into the lobby area but a full 1.5 hours before closing! NO absolutely not. This location is very poorly managed with terrible staff and I will never go back here again.

There is no way in H this location has a 3.9. I stopped going here about 3 years ago. I figured by now things would be better. I went today through the drive thru the young man that took the order was pleasant but when I approached the window the young lady looked like she had the worst attitude in life. She passed me 4 shakes when I ask for 3 then she closes the window didn’t tell me the other half of my order was being cooked so it would be out shortly or nothing. There was another young lady with headsets on who looked me dead in the face and ignored me so I had to blow my horn. The original young girl came to the window with an even worse attitude so I told her I was charged for 4 when I only ordered 3 she turned around to tell someone else never told me to hold on or anything. The window was open slightly so the other lady with the headset on comes and close the window in my face. When I grew up as a teen we were happy to have a job. Well mannered and respectful. These young kids today have the absolute worst attitude about life are rude disrespectful and ill mannered. Safe to say I will NEVER visit this location again. If you are a customer service person who takes that serious I would NOT recommend this location.

10 months ago things were great. Now the place really needs some cleaning. Order a blizzard and the ice cream is almost melted. I know they couldn’t hold the cup upside down. That’s the test. Not thing about going back anytime soon.
