Delicious and refreshing. The OG bowl was perfect for this warm day and very filling. They’re up-front about the fact that they’re “good food and not fast food” so make sure you have time to enjoy the environment while they make your order fresh. Definitely will be returning to try all the menu items.

My niece and I LOVE this gem of a restaurant! Casper is lucky to have them. The food is delicious (we always love sharing the Poke Bowl and the OG), the atmosphere is super cozy, and the wait for the food is WELL worth it and gives me a chance to slow down and enjoy time with my foodie buddies! Excellent place to grab healthy meal. Fruit and protein bowl was large enough that it was fulfilling for lunch. Price point is what I would expect for a business that prides itself on fresh healthy choices. Have eaten there several times and will continue to for nutritional value.
