All staff are very friendly! Kellie is amazing! She was super sufficient, quick, and kind. We didn’t have to wait long, and she asked specific questions about what I wanted, which was so helpful because I forgot some things I wanted until she mentioned them. The cashier that checked is out was also kind and made sure to not overfill the to-go bag we had. Instead using two bags for our food. Coming here again soon!

The boys from Lawncare Masters (check them out) go every Tuesday for Taco Tuesday. As soon as we arrive, they see our shirts and start making our order. The attention to detail it takes to know 2 specific customers, from 1000s of others is impressive. It saves us time and our order is consistently delicious!

We needed something quick and Costa Vida in Tooele was the answer. The food was hot, customized to our preferences, and deliciously fresh. We enjoyed grilled chicken tacos (pictured) and a grilled chicken burrito. The chicken was moist and flavorful, not dry and chewy like other fast food Mexican places .

Today is the second day in a row that I’ve Eaten at the Toole Costa Vida and I just wanted to tout what wonderful service they have. I have Celiac and it’s really hard to find a place to eat out, but with Costa and it’s FANTASTIC employees (shout out to Kellie Carlsen and Ana Romero) I don’t have to worry about weather or not my food is gluten free. Thanks guys, I really appreciated it!

Almost all my experiences here are good today was a little off. Bathroom was out of paper towels so I asked the cashier for napkins and she seemed slightly inconvenienced to give them to me. Also when I went to grab a bottled soda it was out of code, as well as all of the other ones in there. Some as old as February, minor issues but could use some addressing.

One of my families regular places to eat! Not only is is so good, but they take the time to be careful about gluten sensitivity. A lot of restaurants don’t realize what a big deal this is, but Costa totally gets it!! Try the sweet pork nachos… Thank me later…

Complaints to management seem to fall on deaf ears, so it looks like I have no choice but to post a review. I’ve eaten at the Tooele Costa Vida for years. The meals (especially the legendary sweet pork burrito) cost more than ever, and are somehow the smallest and poorest quality they’ve ever been. You might as well eat at Taco Bell, where the burritos are the same size and half the price. I don’t know if this is a result of poor staff training, poor management, the company losing it’s way or all of the above. In any case, this was my favorite place to eat and I won’t be going back.
