Frequent this costa a lot. Probably bi-weekly. Recently gone so down hill and then this was the kids quesadilla that was produced today. All the chicken in one spot and almost no cheese. Gotta do better.

I was minding my own business eating my salad when I noticed my salad had an unwelcome friend! A friggin bee!!!! Good thing it was a salad and not a burrito or I would have bitten into it and found out! Or maybe even eaten it without knowing! BEEware!!!!!

Not a fan, the dining room and bathroom were dirty, checking the condition of a restaurants bathroom will tell you a lot about the place. Utensils and condiments weren’t restocked either. Went in about 1pm. There were a lot of younger people working behind the counter so I can’t blame them that much, Maybe they weren’t trained well? ‍♂️

My wife and I went for dinner and they messed up my burrito by confusing it with a door dash order. I returned to get it switched out which the cashier was apologetic and nice about it. Unfortunately she was the one that made the burrito and I don’t think she was quite trained on cooking because the burrito was smashed with practically an entire salad slopped on the top and little meat inside. Despite the preparation of the burrito the beans and rice were also overcooked.

All of the floors were dirty like very dirty, the table were clean. But there was no utensils or tea. And telling the employees they all just continued sitting around talking. There was no one in line so no excuse for this. The food tastes good but was a bit skimpy for what they charge you.

This was our first time visiting the Kaysville Costa Vida. We waited a little bit on the drive thru due to peak dinner time hours, but once we ordered we got our food super quick! I was really impressed. The service was great! I will say that I had a little bit of fatty meat in my salad which I’m not a big fan of and the dressing was a little runny for my taste, but overall it was pretty good. The kids really enjoyed their kids meals and it’s rare to have them finish their entire meal, which they all did so I’m a happy mom!

It’s gone down hill ever since they brought in a different manager. Very sexist and talks down to ladies. The staff is lazy now and slow. You pay allot to have a large sweet pork salad or burrito but the sad thing is you hardly can find any meat. It reminds me of a old commercial saying ( where is the beef?) Come on really! I wrote the company for three years to get you to come into this location. But this is the type of manager you would higher to run this, really? My neighbors agree with me that’s its really gone downhill since this new manager was brought in a year ago. Hopefully you higher a new management and better staff and train them correctly to actually give meat not just rice and beans. Also it would be nice to say to customers when they come in to greet them with a smile & welcome to Costa Vida how may I help you. Instead of being ignored while the employees talk with each or play on there phones. You would not be in business if it was not for the customer.

I love the convenience of a drive thru. The young man taking my order at the drive thru was very friendly. The Steak Salad looked way better than it tasted, dressing tasted sour with little flavor and the steak wasn’t good!

This is my comfort food every time I come back out West and I am never disappointed. The ingredients always taste fresh and the eating space is always clean.

Not sure who the male was taking the drive threw orders this evening but they need more training. Asked for lettuce on the side of my burrito, didn’t get any. Asked for refried beans with the tacos, got the bottom of the bucket of beans without beans… had enough liquid in the tacos for it to be a taco soup. Will be posting pictures. Very disappointed.
