Place was pretty good, staff was extremely nice to my group of friends and were even joking with us while we were paying at entrance! Only a couple of tables were a bit dirty but staff was working very hard on cleaning the tables up while also trying to do everything else so I cannot blame them, it looks like a stressful job. Even when they seemed busy, I asked if they still made pizza to order and one dude told me they still do very kindly and took my custom pizza order 🙂 the alfredo pizza I ordered was very good the other pizzas on the buffet line were alright, I thought it was yummy for a unlimited pizza buffet and very affordable for a bunch of college students coming out of a convention from downtown!! I hope this place hires more staff in the future so the employees have more people to rely on! A good 8/10 from me!

For having so negative ratings my family still visited cicis. And let me tell you. This place was great. I know I’m gonna mess up his name I think jovonia? The great guy that cleans cicis he was awesome constantly working to keep up with making it presentable. There was 1 family that was horrible wouldn’t watch there kids and really trashed things up. But he didn’t complain and he worked hard. The whole staff was great overall. Thank you cicis for ending our fantastic adventure with our babies for the day. Until next time and don’t stop what your doing your doing a great job.

Pizza was DRYER than a Popeyes biscuit!! Also the pizza was NOT FRESH!! & the cinnamon roll was more chewy then a whole pack of gum I’m actually here at Cici’s pizza eating right now only thing was good is the brownies and the sprite lol do not eat here even if you are on a budget waste of money!!! TRASH!!!!!

The food is always the best a cicis I really miss mine in my hometown. The servers were getting those pizzas out fast. We did have to wait for the dessert pizza to come out at the very end tho. The game room was cool tons of claw machines two of which weren’t working and neither was their air hockey table. The candy claw machine also took my quarter and didn’t work.

Always so super friendly and the environment is inviting. I love ❤️ how they make sure that any pizza my kids and I want they will figure out the way I want it and make it to my specifications. That is hard to find at a fancy restaurant. You need to go here. It’s all you can eat and a great place for families or just an individual.

I don’t come here often but anyway, the store was clean, the employees were friendly and they were doing their jobs. However nothing really about the food that makes me wanna jump up and shout happy things. The buffet could have been better stocked. I know there is a fine balance between a well stocked buffet and waste but could probably do better here. Place more basic staples and less specialties that maybe 1 person might want. The buffet shouldn’t be attacked by what’s like a pack of wild dogs competing for a bite every time something new is set out.

When me and my family went for dinner this place was absolutely disgusting. Hardly any food on the buffet, dirty plates stacked everywhere. No clean tables, trash cans were all full and the bathroom according to my wife was disgusting. One employee was letting pop run all over her hands checking to see what all was out. Another employee was asking people if they wanted a job while yet another was just chilling on their phone. The only good experience we had was getting our money back and leaving.
