It was my first time ordering online, you can customize it more and you can put add extra and they won’t charge for certain things. So the bowl was jam packed when I opened it. The food is always good here you can’t go wrong with Chipotle. The chipotle team is always on point.

I haven’t had complaints about the food for the few times I’ve gone to far. They provide good portion sizes and make the money feel worthwhile food wise. Service wise, going in always feels like something I have to prep for. The guys on food making are really nice, the people that have checked me out both times have been terrible to deal with. While they’re checking me out they either are flirting with coworkers or toss me my bag across the table. It’s been an uncomfortable exchange every time at the register and has left a sour taste in my mouth. I love Chipotle, but I wish there was a different one open around here so I wouldn’t have to deal with the rude service when I go. The parking is also terrible and stress inducing as it is small and right off of McGalliard so it leaves a chance of someone pulling into the parking lot fast when you’re trying to back out and you can’t really see well when cars are around you.

I ordered online a few days ago and loved it. So I decided to order again today and was pretty disappointed. I was poking through it and noticed theres hardly any lettuce for a “salad” (I ordered light fajita veggies) but that shouldn’t mean light on the salad, then i saw a long hair in it, and at the bottom was a chunk of grease/fat mixture .. also this portion was very small compared to the first time I ordered, still an okay amount just drastically different from the first time

The girl who made my burrito clearly wasn’t trained well on how to make one, and put way too big of portions on it-so much that she had to grab a second tortilla to fold it up. I’m happy I got a little extra but this thing was a sloppy mess and impossible to eat without a knife and fork. I asked for a side of salsa verde and that was never bagged. Thanks a lot chipotle! Surely she deserves $15 an hour ☺️
