Cada vez peor. So expensive they already don’t give salsa for the tacos dorados u have to buy it, this like all fast foods is over priced and today the toppings (lettuce, cheese, crema, onion) on the tacos was minimal. And they didn’t even give me napkins. Since when do fast foods not give napkins anymore. Tacos are so messy yall need to do better or lower prices.

NEVER ORDER ONLINE FROM HERE!!!! Tried to place an order online for pickup. Got the confirmation that the order was ready for pick up. Yes they charged me for it too. I ordered directly off of Google where it said “order pickup”. The order confirmation came from postmates. When I got to the restaurant the teenage girl behind the counter and had no customer service skills whatsoever and told me they can’t give me my order bc it erased on their tablet. They also couldn’t issue a refund. They couldn’t even use my order confirmation and receipt as validation for the order. There was another lady working who was just as rude and unprofessional as the teenager. They refused to help me. I called them after I left and they put me on hold to contact the manager. The manager refused to give me my food. So then I was stuck on the phone for almost 2 hours getting transferred to 7 different departments and no one could help at all. So I wasn’t even able to feed my kids dinner that night. Bottom line… DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THAT PLACE. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS AT ALL. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!

Horrible rude, terrible customer service. I paid for my food and they didn’t give me my food bc they deleted the order supposedly but my bank account says different!!!!!!! They stole from me and it was a $30 order to feed my family. I’m livid. They also should hire people who know how to work and be professional. I’m a review guru. They messed with the wrong one..
