I saw that the place was really busy, especially during lunch hrs, but I was amazed! The line moved fast and the staff took care of me before I even made a tun by the drive-thru window. Before the cars where making the turn they were already getting their food! I got mine as well with in 3-4 min after they took my order! I was still in line and had my food already. Staff communicated well with each other and they had a system going on to make sure people were in and out fast. Not only that but my food was fresh and my fries were cooked perfectly! Definitely the best Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to!!

I love the food this is the 1st time after ordering here on multiple occasions that I was dissatisfied. 8-count grilled with fries and no salt was my order. Jimmy was the cashier who did not know how to enter the request and asked for assistance from his manager Sergio. To my surprise, he denied the request saying we don’t make modifications to our menu. I’m confused because it has never been an issue before. My brother has high blood pressure and cannot eat a lot of salt. Yet, today for the first time the manager stated that it is the policy of the owner to not make modifications.

I see why ppl love Chick Fil A soooo much! I always enjoyed it here and there but this particular CFA made my day! Remmy was my cashier and he was sooo kind and got my entire order right. I asked him for enough sauces for my big order and he made sure it was enough for me and my ladies. The food is always fresh from this location and the people are always kind! 5 stars guys good job!!

Went through the drive thru & ordered two wraps. Well the drive-thru attendants said that I wasn’t able to change simple grilled chicken to crispy chicken & the REASON was because IT TAKES TOO LONG. Decided to drop by early for lunch in the drive-thru. Arrived 10:30ish. Ordered Spicy Chicken Deluxe and Fries. Staff friendly even as the manager Briane kicked me out of the line to park in the Home Depot Parking lot so she wouldn’t ruin her drive-thru times. The order behind me was ready before me. God forbid someone have to wait exactly 55 additional seconds for an order to come out. I asked the manager if I actually had to go wait in the Home Depot parking lot and she said…”unfortunately, Yes” but she smiled when she said it! Oh yeah, might want to check the lettuce…spots all over it and Fries which I assume were ready all along were nice and soggy when I got them. Northwest H-Town Chick-fil-A’s are better.

They always leave out the dressing and dip even though I explicitly ordered and paid for them. This happens almost always. The guy that gave me the bad lied that he put the dressing and dip but there was none. They also never give customers receipt, which should normally be stappled on the bag. Very sad that nobody monitors these kind of thing.
