This Chick Fil A is new and clean, and well run. Usually I drive through, but had the time to go inside this time. It was bright and friendly, clean and full of staff saying “My pleasure .” Perfect. I enjoyed the Market salad- something I cannot do while driving – and it was fresh and delicious. I always get the tea, of course, as it is the best drive thru tea available and the ice is my fav. Once again, Chick FionA for the win.

Fast and kind! Food was good but by far the fastest line iv ever been in . I got in line a little early for lunch which starts approx. 10:30 but me thinking by the time it’s my turn it will be 10:30! Well needless to say they were on to it they checked me out at 10:26 with my lunch and did not complain!! Just told once that I might have to wait when I get to the window, but that never happened either

I got to say we were spoiled living in Florida all of the Chick Fil A‘s had top notch Customer Service… it didn’t matter if it was the middle of the day and they were backed up cars never sat still in the drive-through I don’t know what they did different but this Chick-fil-A and the Chick-fil-A‘s we’ve been to here in Virginia Beach are not comparable at all. I’ve walked into a few Chick-fil-A‘s here and not even been acknowledged. That would never happen at the Chick Fil A we’ve been going to for the last couple years in Florida. Very disappointing because I love Chick Fil A

Went there at about 12:55 pm 3/1/2022 I ordered a 12 piece grilled and a 5 piece grilled for my son. I get home I have a 8 piece grilled and 4 piece grilled for me and my son called the store several times and got no answer. I was charged for 12 and 5 piece not a 8 and 4. This Chick-fil-A seems to have a problem with their portions. The Mac & Cheese was half filled and the 4-piece Chicken strips were as small as my thumb. The box looks like it has a 2 piece, not a 4 piece. For $9.15, it’s not what I paid for. This is the 3rd time this has happened. No one answers when you call to complain. Today was just like the past 2 times. Time to start going to a different Chick-fil-A. Update …went again today, even worse.
