I was very disappointed, we ordered 3 of the $5 deals and all of the chicken nuggets were cold, the meat on the burgers were so dried out and over cooked they weren’t half the size of the bun, the only thing that was hot and fresh were the fries. This was the WORST meal I’ve ever gotten from any fast food restaurant. I called the restaurant and spoke with a manager and she was VERY RUDE ,I tried to explain to her how bad it was but the only thing she had to say was that it was all fresh. In my opinion they should replace EVERYONE there or just shut the place down.

Worst customer service! Literally sat at the drive thru speaker for about 10 minutes when I finally said Hello are yall open to which someone finally said be with you in a moment then proceeded to wait 10 more minutes as cars started to line up behind me. The place was dead no cars in parking lot so why did I have to wait so long? I swear the dude is running the place alone. Front Royal ran theirs pretty well & they are gone how the heck is this 1 still up & running? 1st & last time coming here!

Posted hours are wrong. Have pulled up the the drive thru on several times when the lighted sign said open as well as the hours on the drive thru monitor also SAW people inside and no one answered I drove up to the window and no one came to the window. So yea don’t know what they’re actual hours are. Super frustrating and confusing.

Ordered online for pick up at 6:24 pm the Winchester, VA location. At the window the guy tells me their sundae machine is not working after I already paid online and said he could give me a slushie. Note: I ordered online to help the workers because they are often short staffed. Back to the story, I said ice cream was preferred is a small shake an option, no because of the price difference. He was not concerned about the inconvenience of the customer after spending $60. No receipt could be provided as a rain check nor could he provide his name. And my online order was wrong. Make your own decision about getting food at this location. Proceed with caution. We won’t be back.
