Underwhelming at best. Ordered a family deal for delivery. Pizzas were alright. Garlic knots were miniature compared to anywhere else we have visited locally. Received the dessert with the cinnamon sugar pouring out of the bag, which is of course an accident but deserves noting for possible improvement of packaging. Most disappointing was the cheddar bacon fries. $6 and we received a container that wasn’t even 1/3 of the way full. And to send it home, our food was lukewarm/cold at best. We sadly will not be returning.

Waited over 2 hours for a delivery order placed at 5:30pm on a Sunday for Gino’s. Once we hit close to 2.5 hours I canceled the $60 order that still had not arrived. Went to Chanellos in Red Mill and got the same order in 15 minutes for $20 less. Quality food was the same but customer service from Chanellos was far and beyond better than Gino’s!! I threw out Gino’s menu.

Ordered 2 pizzas at 11 am when they opened. Seems they just turned the oven on so I couldn’t pick up as soon as I needed for lunch. Strange that they don’t have someone come in earlier to turn on oven or have a timer so they’re ready to do business.

Pizza was good, not great. The one star is mostly because the two workers were standing outside the front door smoking cigarettes when I went in for my pick up. They set their cigarettes down to walk back in and help me but I find it pretty disgusting that I had to walk through their smoke and that two dudes who smell like an ashtray made my pizza.

I ordered Mediterranean pizza with added chicken and some wings today. The person on the phone was very nice and polite, and so was the driver. Pizza came in fast and hot. Tasted very well. This was my first time ordering Chanello’s, but I will order again.
