I come in about three times a week between 7:00 and 8:00. That looks to be your busiest times of the morning it would help if you had two cashiers going instead of people standing in line six people deep. I pay higher prices at a convenience store for the convenience.

Thank you Onita for making my little Emiko’s day. She really wanted a slice of cheese pizza and was a little bummed when cheese wasn’t available. Sweet Onita insisted on making Emiko what she wanted. The conversation with Onita while we waited was wonderful. Onita, you are a day maker, you’re one of those special people that make others feel lucky just to get a minute with you. My little Emiko and I walked away talking about how great it was to get to meet you.

I am never disappointed at this Casey’s! I stop in at least 3 days a week week to fill up fuel and get a sandwich. Always get fresh bread and veggies! Super friendly employees! We were just passing through on our way to Eureka springs. We stopped in to grab coffee. I accidentally spilled mine and the 2 gentleman working there were so nice about it. You dont get that kind of customer service and kindness at many places anymore!

Very nice Casey’s gas station! This station has a ton of pumps and is well lit at night. Inside is huge with tons of snacks / food / drinks. Very clean with nice employees. They have free tire air pumps too to the west of the gas station!

I ordered subs online for the family tonight as a quick dinner. I had the club combo on the jalapeno cheese bread. The bread was nice and fresh and they did not skimp on the meat. It was a great sandwich at a great price. Subwho? Casey’s may have just become my go to for subs.

I ordered a pizza online and the order wasn’t sent to the store. When I walked in to ask for my order the manager just kept telling me “No!” Over and over again until I got my e-mail pulled up and proved to her that I actually ordered. Then she admitted that the internet hasn’t been working and she needs to call someone about. She gave the smallest discount she could and never gave me an apology. I understand that technology can break sometimes but there is not excuse for her rudeness. Even if a customer is wrong (which I was not) there is no need to call them a liar.
