Entering the Casey’s Store (Piggott Arkansas)I walked to the back to the fountain drink machine. I got the cup started filling it with ice, as I glanced down to the cup tray and it was bad looked like someone had gotten sick in it!! I knew no one had it was from the machine not being wiped out. And the cashier was behind me wiping down the coffee machines which were not even dirty!!! And the trash can was sitting out by the fountain drinks is there a reason why the female cashier’s feel like they don’t have to clean what’s necessary!!! And I found that too be nasty and far more important than the side of the coffee maker

Just moved to town and already I’m far from impressed with this store/location. I spend way too much money here to put up with the same issue over and over! The heavy-set guy that works there can NEVER give you the correct brand of cigarettes! I’m starting to think that maybe he has this secret hate for smokers. Because any decent person would learn the correct smokes after so long. Not this guy though. Casey’s charges way more for cigarettes than the other store in town, least they could do is give us the correct cigarettes that we’ve paid for! And God forbid THEY mess up and give you the wrong ones and you realize it after stepping foot out the door because they will not make it right with you! This is such B.S. and I will be getting my smokes from the cheaper store that can actually listen and give me the correct brand! Smh ridiculous! Do you guys not train these people or what!?! Ugghhh

Big Herb made this a regular stop when visiting his peoples. Now that this town is called home, this is a regular fueling spot in addition to all the convenient store amenities. Big Herb fuels up his infamous ride (Blue Thunder) at these pumps! Blue Thunder runs like a beast when running on all these octanes! The staff is friendly. Even the locals join in on the friendliness! Had some great chats at the pumps. Bathroom is clean. Highly recommend the place!

We’re not locals but we visit often enough, and Casey’s has always been a decent stop and had what we need. Cashiers are always nice and food is better than expected. Can’t really say anything bad about it, honestly.

The girl that made my sandwich put so much pizza sauce on it that the whole sandwich just fell apart. I told her about it and asked if she would remake it and she just looked at me and smiled. I did inform the cashier that the sandwich was a mess and then I did ask the the sandwich girl to remake it in the cashier Tasha Hill did tell me that if it was not eatable that I needed to call back up there and her or the other boy would remake it I will post pictures as soon as I get home the sandwich was such a mess she couldn’t even wrap it when she tried wrapping it the whole paper busted off of it and it is really just a gooey mess I will be talking to the manager also I will post pictures.

Every two weeks I come and get my pizza sub which I usually have to explain how I to make bc it’s a Subway chicken pizziola sub. I walk in and the guy with the long beard always recognizes me and knows what I want. Everytime I go in there everyone is always so friendly very few times have I walked in there and it’s a negitive vibe. Always positive and friendly and welcoming for a gas station that’s hard to do. Thank yall!!
