I was going to get gas & supposedly they were having system update. I cancelled my transaction at the pump & they put a hold for over $200 on my card & when I confronted them about it they tried to say the bank always does that. NO THE BANK DOES NOT! The cashier & the assistant manager was rude & hateful about it. I’ll never come back to this store again.

My husband and I were so excited to hear Casey’s was coming to central Arkansas, but this location has been a huge disappointment. The phones never work, we cannot order on the app, and when I went to the store to order pizza and told the employees, they didn’t seem to care. I reached out in February to customer service but haven’t heard back. Very frustrating.

I’m not sure that all staff in the kitchen know how to make a breakfast pizza. I ordered a bacon breakfast pizza and got a sausage breakfast pizza with the gravy sauce and some bacon on top, not the cheesy bacon breakfast pizza I enjoy so much.

I purchased fuel, then went inside to get some doughnuts and a beverage. Six people were on duty, three at the kitchen and three at the checkout counter. None of them were pleasant. Seemed annoyed that they have to dare help a customer. Cleanliness is a very weak point for this location unfortunately. Its quite obvious a lack of training in customer service is evidently the issue, or just a complete lack of concern about it. And of course getting a hold of corporate would fall on deaf ears anway.
