Worst Casey’s I’ve ever been to. The line is constantly clear to the coolers, if you go in, plan on being in like for at least ten minutes. They’re slow and very rude. One of the workers who was breaking down boxes walked straight into my husband , using the boxes to Barrell past him and said excuse me after he had already ran into and walked past him. They don’t ever have enough change. I walk to Casey’s ,about two miles because it’s the closest shop near my house and all I had was a 100 bill and they said they don’t take 100s. I had walked all that way there. The lady with the pink hair is insanely rude and treats customers like garbage. There’s only one good, nice worker there. Unfortunately I don’t know her name

Normally go to caseys alot cashiers Normally pretty nice.today tho got a cashier who made a lecture about putting a sandwich back and getting a different one. So a kine of 7 people got to hear her talk bout if a sandwich is taken out even if it’s unopened can’t be put back. Shortly after asked for two packs of cigarettes got my id scanned n no cigarettes had to me tion them and was only given one pack they need better work on hiring cashiers

If I could give it zero I would horrible staff and management. They talk about customer as soon as they leave they refuse to go change recipe paper at the pumps and its a hostile work environment as well. Would not recommend

The last two pizzas I purchased at Casey’s were made wrong. I overlooked the first time but then the second time, same thing. Why order what I like if I’m not going to get it anyway? Makes me upset. I would like for it to be done right the third time. I dont know if I want to take the chance.

Went inside and paid for gas went outside to pump it and then had the law called on me for driving off because the employee put the money on the wrong pump. When I went in after the cops called me and 5 family members looking for me and confronted her she was very rude to me and said she never seen me inside the store. Refused to get management there to show my innocence yet pressed false charges on me!!! Then lied to her manager saying she apologized to me. Nobody I mean nobody apologized. And to those employees and managers involved……dont treat me like me confronting you was an inconvenience….you falsely pressing charges on me for your incompetence was!!!!
