Casey’s is really only good at one thing, the awesome pizza. Went in at 9pm for a slice of pizza. There were a few slices of pepperoni pizza in the hot case, that was it. I asked if anything else was coming out, as I was hoping for something with sausage on it, and was told that there would be another pizza coming out, but it would be another pepperoni. Huh? For a place that pushes their pizza selections, there wasn’t much variety available tonight. And this isn’t my first time experiencing this, as pretty much EVERY time I go in there in the evening there’s only one option available. Sorry, but if you don’t have what customers are looking for, they aren’t likely to come back. I went to Kwik Trip down the street and got my pizza there. On the plus side, the Casey’s store was very clean.

So pulled into the caseys next to menards in altoona. There was a female employee sitting inside the ice freezer outside. Thought she was working but she hoped out and went around the corner with her vape pen. Curious I opened it up and discovered she had been vaping inside of it with the ice bags. It smelled. Wont be buying ice from there.

My boyfriend went in today to get a breakfast burrito and there were two very sad-looking pieces of pizza under the light. He asked the person working if they could make a breakfast burrito and was told that the pizza was all they had. It was 11:30 am, and he asked when food would be available to order. He was told “when it opens” and that the machines were turned off because it was “just one of those days”. There is no chance that this would EVER happen at Kwik Trip.

I usually stop in between 9-10 and there’s usually hardly anything on the hot racks the sweet tea is never made. I asked once and they said “I don’t know not my job but I’m assuming at 6 am”, the kitchen workers are usually in the back standing around talking about the something, but not making food. It’s just starting to get disappointing.

Decent convenient store and good pizza but weekend shift doesn’t seem to want to work AT ALL nothing in the hot racks, nothing currently being made as far as pizzas and other hot foods. Seems like they guy in the back only wanted to actually work when he had to. They definitely lost out on sales over that their pizza is really good but when you have someone who wants to do the bare minimum then it isn’t worth the wait. Go get Kwik Trip Chicken instead.

Majority of the Casey stores I’ve used in Minnesota and Wisconsin are phenomenal! This one overall is pretty good but a few employees could use improvement but I also understand we have a limited pool to select from for employees nowadays. Pizza is fantastic and I love the fact they have gas with no ethanol!

Pizza and Coke Zero are the only reasons I liked this place. Love their pizza. The manager lady is a bit pushy with her mask BS. Would be better off saying nothing and having no complaints on google rather than go on your power trip and belittle people who didn’t wear a mask. I was masked for every visit. Sometimes no pizza in warmer and not a soul around. Good luck Casey’s.

Went to get a slice of pizza and wasn’t wearing a mask and was berated by what must have been the “manager” while the ONLY other customer just purchased the same exact items with no mask and nothing was said to him. I will never spend any more money or time here! Kwik Trip all the way. This store NEEDS BETTER MANAGEMENT!!!! I will get a hold of corporate. I hope they go out of business!!

Place is a joke! Walked in to order a large amount of pizzas for a party and I knew we would have a wait which was 100% fine and understandable. But out of all things to refuse an order the gentleman working the hot food said they didn’t have any printer paper So was unable to take any orders. Idk about y’all but I would be handwriting an order for a sale not sending you out the door empty handed!
