The Carl’s Jr was on point okurrt, Thee food was very fresh and hot of the grill. The staff was very nice and attentive and recommended some very good items, They lives by they slogan if it doesn’t get all over the place it doesn’t belong in your face. This particular location has consistently fresh ingredients, and their patties are grilled well. They have great vegetarian options, be sure to check out their Beyond Burger, it’s a slimmer cut than you can buy in the store, and they do a good job of cooking them. The staff is polite and friendly, making this the best Carl’s Jr. I’ve had the pleasure of visiting.

Shift Lead Mikey is extremely unprofessional and combative with customers. Refused to complete my order the way I’ve ordered it for over a year and have had no problems at at least 6 other locations. I get a big hamburger sub beyond patty with ketchup and pickles. I do it this way bc whenever I order the beyond famous star I always received my order incorrectly. (It also happens to save like $1.50). When I went in store to try to get my order (orig tried the drive thru) I was met with stares, whispering and side eyes the whole time. Drive the extra few miles and go to a different location.

Whenever I’m in Fresno weekly for my Mom’s Dr appts. we will stop at this Carl’s Jr because I love their Chicken Tenders at this location. I have tried them at several different locations (Hanford & Madera) & they are either small tenders & over cooked which make them dry & hard. At this location they are plump, juicy, and made perfect how a Chicken Tender should be made. Best friendly service as well!

I usually come to this Carl’s Junior after my kids practice. My overall experience is usually pleasant but not this evening December 7 around 9:30 pm. I came through the drive through using 2 coupons. The lady who took my order seem annoyed of me. So I didn’t let it bother me. But after I paid, she mentioned to me that it will be a little wait because of some fresh hot fries. Came home to some cold hard fries. I don’t appreciate her lying and having horrible intentions against me. I did call and voice my concerns to this store but I got hung up on. It seem like the person I contact at that store was the person who handle my order. Very disappointed at this particular person handling customer service.
