They’re only supposed to let people through the drive-thru with a car but they make exceptions if they actually pay you extra money and show favoritism because one night there was someone in the Drive-Thru without a car buying food and after to buy some as well but they turned me down how’s that for curbside service cuz I was only one employee the rest are all right oh and they’re spicy chicken sandwiches are now $5 instead of one but you get one for free as well if you buy one at 5 dollars

I visited Carl’s Jr the first time in 3 or 4 years then so surprised. The price was big different from then. I used to eat Six Dollar Burger but price was around $3.50. Then Hamburger was very hot and patty was very juicy and tender.

Great food, ok service. I was slightly disappointed at the way they did things. I ask about an item; either they didn’t understand me or they are lazy. Seemingly to me, laziness. Carl’s Jr. has never done this to me before with this attitude. You really need to hire better English speaking people.

In line to pick up 2 door dash orders the time is 4:03 whoever is working the window. Average height male in a black hoodie. he is super rude, very rude. I get it it’s Christmas you want to be home and sleep, but us customers and ride share drivers didn’t make you fill out the job application to work here. Then when I get to the window he asks what was the names of the orders again after cutting me off while saying them at the speaker box, saying I’ll see you at the window. Customer wanted to request sauce- I’ll see you at the window. This is good customer service?!? No orders ready but being rude..
