Chicken wasn’t fully cooked. Fries tasted old. I asked for ketchup and got fry sauce. They place was not busy at the time. I guess I’m out $12 and still hungry. This is my third time at this location and I don’t know why I chose to come Again! I used to love Carl’s, and I’m not even mad, just disappointed in myself for coming again. I didn’t go inside cause I have my baby in the car asleep.

Edit: They went through the process to delete my review so I’m reposting it… Why is everything so tiny I ordered a large fries and a chicken & waffle sandwich both were tiny the waffle/chicken was smaller than the Jr. Cheeseburger. The fry was same size as the medium. Spent 30$ and got very little food. The bacon ranch fries were mostly just a small fry with some bacon bits and maybe a couple drops of ranch. The fries tasted good everything else tasted pretty gross, unfortunately I was on my lunch break and didn’t have time to get food elsewhere so I ate it but I would not have paid for it if I had time to get a refund and go somewhere else.

Not as good as it used to be. Grilled cheese was not grilled. I threw it out. Ketchup packets were stuck together with old gooey ketchup. Diet Coke was flat. There are better Carl’s Jr.s, so drive on.

Where is chicken? First they only put one sandwich on my order, I had to order the second one at the window. Then when I got home, they did not give me any sauce. When i opened my sandwich, the chicken was only big enough for half the sandwich. I am very unsatisfied!!

A $60 order and missing all of the fries. Tried calling twice and there wasn’t any answer. Kind of funny how they only responded the good review on here. I mean everyone likes to look good but you would think they might respond to the bad reviews also so they could try and make things right.
