Fun atmosphere for dinner. The food was fantastic. They bring the heat! We were given the impression that refills were free, but they were charged.

This place was great in the past. Waitresses are clueless. Managers are busy doing nothing, when they could be picking up the slack from poor servers. Drinks are weak, when they used to be strong and tasty. Food is hit or miss, and extremely inconsistent. Too many extra charges, poor service, and inconsistent food and drinks. We gave up on the place, because we gave it so many chances.

This is the explanation I got when I asked why we were being charged 18% tips for two people eating, because you are Hispanic and Latino looking customers get that charge compare to a white person they only get charge if they are five people or more because they don’t pay taxes.

A must try if you are ever in Madison Wisconsin. Our server was polite, very helpful, and most importantly, the food was delicious. There are several seafood dishes that also include fries. I thought that was odd, but it was a perfect compliment to the sauce. I’d eat here at least twice a week if I lived nearby. The drinks were also great. I couldn’t finish it, and that’s rare! You won’t be disappointed.

This restaurant has always been somewhat disappointing, but my last visit assured me that I will not be returning. The waitress had no idea what she was doing and our party doesn’t think that she was properly trained. The food was flavorless and our guacamole was not fresh. It was watery and had a creamy texture that is achieved by adding sour cream or something like that. What was most dismaying was how little meat came in our fajitas. The meat to vegetable ratio is showed in the attached picture. The dish should be priced less than $5 for the quality and quantity of meat. I will not be returning – the food, the price, the service were all very poor. There are plenty of nearby restaurants that do things much better. Save your money and go somewhere else.

If I could give 0 starts I would, what has happened to this place? I mean where I do I even start….This used to be or go to and would make the drive from sun prairie to Middleton in a heartbeat.

This place gets a 100% go from me. The food was excellent. the staff was excellent and didn’t make me feel stupid because I didn’t know how to pronounce menu items. They give you market price so they’re not blatantly overcharging you for the price of seafood when it goes up or down they charge a percentage over what their cost is. The bathrooms were spotless, the dining room was spotless and the bar was spotless. The menu was done really well so it’s easy to read and fun. They’re willing to pretty much custom make you whatever you want. If you like Mexican and seafood or just one of the other you need to try this place!!!

Today we were there to celebrate my moms birthday unfortunately the food was terrible making it a bad experience. We order a Caldo de Mariscos but the soup was super salty. We also orders tostadas but the tostada we’re staled, the Coctel de camarones had a lot of Maggi sauce and it tasted really bad. The Quesobirrias were good.

This used to be our absolute favorite Mexican restaurant however, the menu changed drastically a couple years ago, and while we’ve kept trying, it’s not been the same since. Today when we went, there was some issue with their liquor license so you couldnt order anything with alcohol and, quite frankly, without the margaritas to start, it just isn’t very good. Makes me wonder if the buzz of margaritas past is what made the food seem ok since their menu change. Even simple tacos leave some flavor to be desired. Disappointed.

The service was slow… But it was full we had a new Waiter but he did great.. I will definitely be going back to try more of their food.. Big variety I love the pictures because you can see what you’re getting and it looks like the picture when it comes out.. See you soon.
