Customer service was wonderful. The person taking my order was very friendly and helpful. This particular location (on North Bascom Ave) was a bit small, so there wasn’t too much space for a waiting area if you decided to take your food to go and chose to stand while waiting. But other than that, the place was clean, quiet and quick to hand out orders. I had a great experience. Thank you!

This is a smaller BK than the usual ones but, it is pretty cool with the old 50’s style dining area. Too bad the jukebox that sits next to the door didn’t work, you gotta settle for the flat screen TV hanging right above it! The place is kept clean as well as the restrooms too. The girl that took my order was friendly, polite & helpful with my order selections, she even found a coupon for me to use to receive a discount because I had misplaced the one I was going to use when I ordered! The food was hot, fries were fresh & all orders complete. I drove all the way from sunnyvale to order our food so that in itself should give an idea on how this locations service is! I am literally five minutes away from a BK but, because of the great service this location gives to me, I don’t mind driving a few extra miles to get my food

By far the most consistent BK in the area. Their sandwiches are always fresh, bread is never dry like in other BK locations. We’ve never encountered any rude staff, there’re very friendly and welcoming.

Not only was the inside filthy, the food was horrible. Asked for extra lettuce and there was hardly any on it and it was brown and wilted. The sandwich itself looked like it had been sat on it was so smushed. The fries were barely warm. While i was in the middle of giving my order to the cashier, he didn’t say one word and walked away to bag up another order. Won’t be going back.
