Only 2 people working at 1 pm. The fries were the only thing good in 5 meals. Both of the orders before mine took a minimum of 15 minutes, mine almost 20. It was a large order so i will give them some grace. Burgers and chicken sandwiches by far some of the worst I have seen. I really enjoy BK over all other fast establishments. Don’t think I will return to this location.

This Burger King is all over the place, with that being said it’s probably the only fast food restaurant in town that doesn’t get my order wrong ever. However they’re extremely unstable, for example the other day I placed the order online I went to pick it up 10 minutes later The doors were locked I went through the drive-thru no one answered at the speaker box I drove up to the window just to be greeted by a group of four employees telling me that the store is closed today this isn’t the first time this has happened either. Also if you don’t place your order ahead of time through the app expect to stay in the lobby or in the drive-thru for a long time because there’s not many employees there. But I will say this again it’s the only fast food restaurant in Parker Arizona that has yet to mess up a single one of my orders!

Women’s room out of order, men’s bathroom very dirty, didn’t want to use it. No salt packets or knives available. The machin and food preparation is really outdated & doesn’t work right, including screens for staff to read orders as well as the register. Staff persons were awesome & friendly. Felt bad for them having to work in such horrible conditions.

533pm on 7/7/23 not one person sitting in Dining. Guy in line for 5 minutes, no help. I sat in the drive thru listening to a convo on the speaker and only came in to see if anyone was working lol clearly noone knows how to do that anymore.. everyone left, what a joke. Strongly suggest nobody goes to this Burger King I went there set in the drive-thru and there was no other cars other than me for 5 minutes nobody ever came to the speaker to get my order so I backed up and went inside to find the two employees laughing and standing around and having a grand old time when he finally approached me and this other customer that had already been standing there and waiting he approached with no smile as if we were interrupting his social time.

Did an online order, when I got there nobody answered the mic and nobody came to the window but we know there was a worker inside. The door was locked and we had already spent our money. We had been waiting for 20 minutes. When we came around again somebody was ordering and they were answering, but they just were ignoring us.

This could possibly be the worst BK in the entire country. Walked up to the counter. No one in sight. Waited. Finally a young women comes out of the bathroom, walks by without even looking at us. Goes toward the kitchen, fiddles around doing nothing, then walks by again without looking. Disappeared. Waited some more. Then another young woman appears, walks by without looking at us, & heads to the bathroom. Kitchen looks like it’s not being used. They both must have diarrhea from eating the food! We gave & left. I wouldn’t trust anything they would make!

Dirty tables, non observant workers. They were selling coke a cola when the machine was giving plain water! They didn’t care. The famous burgers were not up to standard, just thrown together. The burgers were terrible! Has been this way last two times we have been there. WE WON’T BE BACK!
