Why don’t they just close this store permanently? Like what’s the point in keeping it open? The service trash! Even when there’s no one there it takes them FOREVER to get your food. They always have a attitude, no one wants to be there and they make sure everyone knows too, they can NEVER get your order right because they don’t listen. The lobby is ALWAYS closed and dirty, bums begging for spare change all the time. This Burger King makes all other Burger King stores look bad. Guys need need management, new crew, new everything it just close the store. Nobody there wants to be there so just close it down. Every time I think about going to get a burger I change my mind because of this store. I don’t want to drive all the way to 45th street Burger King just for burger when I can go right here since it’s closer, but the second I think about this particular store I get disappointed and change my mind

I did a mobile order for pick up to find out the lobby is closed, then there’s a 5 car line. Waited 20 mins in line for my order not to be ready but also wrong. I have to showed them my order and then to hear them say “their machine is glitching”. Another wait for the order to be correct, lunch break wasted.

Never again will I be ordering any food from this location. This drink was supposed to be for my 3 year old son!!! He drinks from a sippy cup and as I opened the lid to pour the drink into his cup a found a fly on top and the cup was dirty. She woman knew the cup was dirty before she poured fruit punch in there and still gave it to me. This was 8:13 a.m. this morning. Who ever the heavy set black woman working drive through is, she needs to be fired. A waste of $20

Drive through it’s horrible. I went and there were two people in front of me and no people inside and they were slow they acted like they didn’t want to serve anyone.They also take there sweet presicous time. At least they were nice. But they don’t care and take their time 0/10 wouldn’t recommend.

This place Is disgusting , the staff dont give a damn about anything in this place, the guy that is supposed to be .among burgers is on the phone by the seating tables, thr girl at the front doesn’t know what she is doing, the one in charge for the drive through doesn’t help either, they are just having fun with relatives , i forgot to mention that is very dirty and the bathroom is a nightmare , please , someone do something about this place
