Worst customer service. I ordered online just to wait over 30 minutes. I was told to drive to the front of the building and was forgotten about. Once I went inside and got my food I got this. Not even 1 whole piece of bacon and very nasty mushy eggs that had a film on them. Couldn’t even eat my breakfast waited 30 minutes and wasted money for this. SMH this place needs to be shut down. Angie for the win if it wasn’t for her I would’ve never gotten my food. She helped me and understood and got my food asap.

By far one of the worst places I’ve ever been. We all know the stereotypes we have on burger kings. This place fits all of those stereotypes I have no clue how this place is still in business. You wait 20 minutes to get to the intercom to order food and then wait another 10 minutes and still don’t here anything… I drove off. This place is ridiculous and definitely isn’t the 1st or 3rd time I’ve dealt with this problem here. Never going back. I don’t even want to see what the inside of this place looks like.

The service here is absolutely sickening This one specific lady was absolutely terrible with her service. I can tell she is only there for their paycheck and not to do her job well. every time I order from this Burger King I have to wait over 15 minutes for my food.

I had a great experience today. I was a little annoyed at first because I sat in the drive thru for a minute without being acknowledged but I decided to pull around and go inside. Glad I did because the service was great. I didn’t catch the name of the woman working up front but she was very polite and had my food out to me quickly. Will definitely be going back.

Very short work crew. Stood at register for approximately 5 minutes before order was taken. Dirty underneath drink machine and drink machine was broke. Cabinet taped shut with blue masking tape. Meat on both Whoppers were not hot. Cheese was not melted on burgers. Cheese is .80 per slice. Cheese shouldn’t be more than .35 a slice. Same with the paper thin sliced tomatoes. Franchisee needs to clean up store and make repairs.

I absolutely believe this is the best Burger King granite they have there moments they are all such great people ,food is always fresh.I defintely recommend coming here. Jeremiah had such great customer service. Told me I rule and offered me a crown . So sweet made me feel much better of myself. And I think his name is Dior ,he defintely knows what he is doing in the kitchen. The current general manager Jonathan is absolutely amazing greets everyone with a smile and mad makes sure all of his customers are getting what they need

Management? What management? I had an order to be picked up for Door Dash. No one acknowledged me. I was ignored until I spoke up and said something. In the background they had unprofessional music playing in the background like it was party town central. Food came out late of course. Will never accept another order from this location.

This location is horrible. I ordered on the app and came inside and my burgers had everything on it. I waited about 15 minutes just to have no bacon and nasty stuff on my food when I ordered plain and dry. Angie is the BEST employee they have there. If it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t have gotten my food because the people in the back wanted to argue with me about them messing up. Way to go Angie only reason I had a good lunch.

The worst. We went here an hour before closing to pick up a doordash order and everything was closed down and locked. We waited at the speaker for 10 minutes and got no answer. We drove up to the window and the worker saw us and ignored us. There was also a worker outside sitting on the ground telling us how awful her coworkers are. After multiple times driving around the place trying to get the workers attention we just gave up and had to forfeit our delivery. everytime we come here we never have a good experience.
