I had just flown into Rochester from Dallas. It was about 2:30 in the afternoon and I had had nothing but coffee all day. I was starving, and the irresistible aroma of charbroiled hamburgers drew me in to the drive-thru. I don’t ordinarily eat fast food but I was hungry enough to make an exception.

I have no idea what’s going on with this Burger King. When you order they tell you to pull forward and wait for it. We waited for seven minutes. I was very close to walking in and canceling my order. The food was really more expensive than other Burger Kings. This was a month ago when I had this experience. It was my second time giving them a try. I figured since they are a newer restaurant maybe they were working out the kinks. As I’m sitting in the parking lot of the Wendy’s next door, enjoying my Wendy’s burger I can see that they clearly haven’t changed. Four times employees have exited the building to bring waiting vehicles their food. Since when is this “fast food”. They have lost my patronage.

I would give it a zero if I could. Worst Burger King I have ever been to. I agree with the previous comments. 4.19 for a small fry. That is not equal to any Burger King in the general area. When I questioned it and said, what does a large fry cost? I was told 4.39. I asked to upgrade she said you will have to drive through to get your money back again I said OK And what appeared to be a possible store manager at the time came up and said I can’t deal with this. I’ll just give you a large fry. The girl helping me then handed me my bag and said next time you’re gonna have to go around and slammed the window. Worst customer service ever. This happened on Sunday April 16 at 12:45. Bad Karma.

What is wrong with 90% of your staff? Like, fundamentally. Extremely rude and discourteous, can’t get orders right, TWICE, thought it was cool to be dismissive with my wife, and apparently loves corporate level complaints. Cold food under warmers And tell the cook to turn down his music, there’s kids around and no one needs to hear that noise. Expectations weren’t high from the start and you STILL disappointed.

A new Burger King just opened up. The food is what is expected of Burger King. I had issues with the app, and the staff was very patient. The dining hall is clean and brand new. I will say that the Freestyle Coca-Cola didn’t taste great, though. Will definitely return

They had no ketchup, no napkins, all the flavors in the drink machine were out. And when I asked for a unsweetened tea what I received was sweet and when I told them they were very rude saying that what I had was unsweetened

Went through drive thru. Ordered a parm cheese meal, large with chocolate shake. Not parm cheese, American cheese, not a large shake and cost, $17.05. Staff needs some training on friendliness. This was my second visit there and my last.

I’ve been in the Drive-Thru twice in the past couple my months getting nuggets for my daughter. Both times they gave us Zesty sauce instead of BBQ sauce. This time, we were asked to wait in front of the take-out window (behind 2 other cars). They came out a few minutes later asking what we were waiting on. They brought out our nuggets about 3 minutes later but without the drink. Had to wait yet another 2 min to get the drink. Frustrating experience.
