Love this unique a delish spot in downtown Atascadero! Needed a last minute dessert to bring to a party and this place was perfect!! The passion fruit pie was INCREDIBLE! Emilie at Bramble is a baking expert! We absolutely love her creations, and you cannot go wrong with anything coming out of her kitchen. My wife and I wanted to provide our wedding guests with something unique and delicious and bought over a dozen+ pies from Bramble for our fall wedding. We went with a classic apple and a lime cream pie. The apple was extremely fresh, not overly sweet with firm and tender apple filling. I waited 5 days for a pumkin cheese cake. The 4th day they told me it needed to sit in the fridge for 24 hours so come back tomorrow. I did and no they don’t have it available because they cut them all in pieces. I buy alot from them to donate for fundraisers but I will be going somewhere else from now on.

It was the last chicken pot pies they have. I end up eating it the next day. I heated up on our air fryer and it did NOT disappoint. I like my crust a little burned so I kept it a little longer on our air fryer. It was so flaky and tons of flavors inside. I highly recommend it. I wouldn’t mind having more of this. It was delicious!!!

On par with the best pie I have had in my life. Their crust is awesome. First visit I had a banana cream pie and it was very good, but I wasn’t amazed or anything. This time I had a crawfish pot pie and slice of bananas foster cheesecake. Both were so good that my boyfriend and I debating walking right back in and buying two more. Excited to try the chicken pot pie next time!

Nest chicken pot pie I ever had! Sorry Lynn’s but this was the BEST, most satisfying pie I have ever had! The blueberry scones were on point, fresh from the oven! I cannot wait to get another pot pie! Wish this place opened earlier as it is only 7am!
