Great Boston Market location! Came here today for lunch. 2 customers in front of me, but the employees were very fast and i had zero wait time to get my order placed. They also completed making my order very quickly. The 2 ladies here spoke both spanish and english and were super friendly, kind and helpful! They took my customized order perfectly and with a smile.

Went to this location today .chicken was old ,seems like it was cooking all day . Dry and crunchy in many areas.Cornbread was hard as a rock and had white spots on it. Threw it out . Thank goodness for the mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese. Do better next time. Check the food before you bag old bread and chicken .

I enjoy the food here but the unsweetened iced tea dispenser seems to have been busted for years (or at least every time I have been there). Putting a cup over it if out of order would be nice as to not get water all the time coming out. Please let me know once you get it working and I will be back for lunch again, thanks!!

Waited extra time for the chicken to be done, which is no problem to me. What’s strange is parts of the chicken were ice cold still when i went to eat it 10 minutes later. The Mac and cheese also tasted funky like it went bad. The corn was hard and not good either. Hopefully I don’t get sick because I am pregnant 🙁

Stopped in to try their new Rotisserie Prime Rib dinner. It’s available Wed, Fri & Sun while supplies last. Sorry to say I found the prime rib to be on the tough side and therefore chewy. It looked great (see my photo) but looks are deceiving. The sides of red skin roasted potatoes and string beans were just fine. Corn bread was just so so.Next time I know to stick to their turkey or chicken. The service was quick and the restaurant clean.

I usually buy from Fair Lawn Boston Market, but first time I bought it from Lodi. Neither chicken meat tasted the same, neither grayv nor other side-orders. However, this company is the same company and wherever it is sold, it has to have the same taste. So, I will never buy from Lodi again.

Ordered delivery online from this location tonight for dinner. Food was delivered and there was a couple of things wrong. A family sized soup which was the same size as their “large’ sides which are now smaller than their smalls use to be and I asked for extra topping on my sweet potato casserole and received not a spec of topping NOTHING. Then I received a doordash receipt via text which is weird because I don’t have a doordash acct?? I called the restaurant and spoke to a “Jackie” who claims she is the manager and she said that I have to call doordash because Boston Market doesn’t deliver??? She was no help whatsoever and rude for no reason. Nowhere in my transaction did anything say doordash when I was paying online. If it did I would not have continued. So I called doordash who said that I have to call Boston Market again so the DD rep called the restaurant and transfered me to “Mario” another manager who happened to be popping in when Doordash called. So I explained everything to him and he said he could give me his cell number so when I order again which I’m not he will personally make my sweet potato casserole with extra topping himself. Short story. Rude employees at Boston Market not doordash! Condescending and seriously rude! 55 dollars for the same food I could get from Costco and it tastes better!
