I did make your own bowl, chicken broth, spicy ground chicken, onion, mushroom, egg, and chili oil. I’m not kidding, the one thing I noticed and had to compliment them on, the soup was hot the whole time even down to the last drop. Somehow it did not get cold and I took my time. The broth was so good. I left in a food coma. I’m going back and bringing friends. I got my food in probably 10 minutes tops. Good job!

Ok, we go on a search for the next best Ramen place to eat. I understand that this is what I would consider fast food version of the classic. It was neutral. Not awesome but not bad. The inside looks like they are still under construction and you have to clear your own table and get your own drink eventhough there is a tip when you pay. I don’t work at a restaurant and go out to eat so I don’t have to clean up…probably would be good for a one time visit if you are in a rush and want Ramen.

This was my first time at a Ramen bar and I really enjoyed it. The flavors were great. I did a build your own with pork broth, pork belly, scallions, corn, mushrooms and chili sauce. The soup had a nice kick to it but not too unbearable. Also got the pork and vegetable gyoza. I definitely liked the pork ones better. The staff answered my questioned and the food came out fairly quickly. I would try it again if I’m back in the area.

First time trying this place and wouldn’t recommend it. You know when you’ve been craving something specific all day and when you get it it’s awful? Ordered a poke bowl didn’t get any avocado in it even though you pay extra for it, missing two of the sauces I asked for so it’s just smothered in yum yum sauce so doesn’t taste very good. They also don’t have milkshakes but I paid for it online and they can’t refund me until the manager comes in tomorrow. So on top of the refund for the milkshake I should also be getting a refund for the avocado but I know I won’t so I’ll just never bother with this place again.

Ordered a 3 protein bowl through doordash from Boru. It arrived quickly, and was exactly what I ordered. Save from the pineapples and lime looking a little old(I chose not to eat them so I don’t know how they tasted), it was pretty good! The rice is done well and the ginger is always fresh and crunchy. The only thing I’d suggest is using fresher vegetables as the ones I’ve been receiving are not exactly what I’d pick up from the produce aisle when shopping for my family.

I come to Boru for their poke bowls. I love the fact that they give you so many choices of what you would like in it. I always get 4protein option and I make mine all spicy tuna. I’m from Hawaii.
