Waitress Zoe was awesome!Food was less than par. Not sure if the cook was new or just didn’t care. Our meals weren’t served as they were said to be in the menu. Could have been a 5 star due to value and food taste, had the cook prepared what we ordered.

Me and my wife love Bob evens in Springfield so we decided to stop at the one in Champaign the waitress gave my wife the sweet tea which she is diabetic but will say it was an honost mistake so here’s where it all goes bad my wife Cole slaw tasted spoiled carrots tasted like they been sitting for a long time the potatoes tasted like they were scraped from the bottom of the pan the corn yuck all was lukewarm now the main part of the me the chicken breast they were overcooked breading was burnt so the was some funky dab on top of the chicken waitress sad that butter so my theory is they burnt the chicken hoping the little dab of butter would soften it up so the whole time we were there nobody cleaned the tables or clean the dirty floors so took the chicken and asked for the manager who looked like he had been sleeping and asked him if he would eat that he almost said yes then I flipped it over which was even worse if I was a food inspector they’d be shut down my advice don’t go there

Food was delicious and hot. Server was very friendly and accommodating. Restaurant was clean. One person in our party did not get their meal with the rest of us. He was comped a bowl of soup, which was appreciated but not expected. Overall, a delightful experience!

When in Champaign, Bob Evans is THE place to go to for breakfast. Food is always excellent, wait staff is wonderful and the free WiFi is always a bonus. I always make it a point to visit when in town. I recommend you grab a slice of their Strawberry Supreme Pie to take with you.

Stopped in for breakfast. Ordered food and waited for over a half hour. We were the first people there and we watched 8 other groups come in. Still no food. We heard the laughing and talking for a good 10-15 minutes after we walked in. Server was in our personal space, big time, and the food was not good. Not the place to stop if you want good, hot food in a reasonable amount of time.

Our server ( waitress) was pretty good, could have been just a tad more attentive. I have been to this Bob Evans many times, was always clean and great food. Today though it smelled like a sour dirty dish rag, had to move to a new booth because a ceiling system( not sure if heat/air or exhaust return) was dripping on table right where my plate would have been. The bacon was undercooked, homefries way, way over cooked, the steak ( steak and eggs combo ) was ask to be cooked rare but it basically was raw, the gravy was good, but overall, I was totally disappointed compared to past visits. I really feel bad about making this poor review but this wasn’t just a bad or overly busy day, this is just due to the employee’s or management having no pride in their work place/establishment.

It was so disappointing. I used to love their gravy. My biscuit I couldn’t cut with a knife,

Food was incredible! Service was a little confusing, and the building layout was very confusing. We weren’t sure where to go (first time here) and staff didn’t say a word to us for a good 3 minutes or so. Each person in our party has anxiety so it was pretty stressful lol. But after we were seated, the food was absolutely excellent! The strawberries are great! The location seems a little dirty though. The vent above us was leaking onto us and had a black substance growing around it… looks like black mold honestly. I strongly recommend that management gets that sorted out.

We realized too late, we decided to stop at prime rush time during lunch on a Sunday. Waitress was… I assume she was busy but not the most attentive. Had to wait for a bit after getting food to flag someone down for silverware.Other then service, food was excellent as expected for Bob Evans.
