The food was all good. But I’m giving a single star for the lousy customer service. I ordered over the phone because the app was down. The young woman taking our order, (pardon the expression), sounded very “flaky“. after finally getting my order, placed and getting a total, we headed out to pick it up. We paid for the order and drove 5 miles back home. My teenage daughter bought me dinner & dessert for Mother’s Day. I ordered the turkey and dressing platter that was supposed to come with cranberry relish, but the relish was nowhere to be found. My daughter, with her meal, ordered a cup of cheddar loaded potato soup, which was also missing. I called to request a refund on the soup and was told that the manager was busy and will get to it later tonight. I think it was very poor customer service that the manager could not even get on the phone to discuss the matter with me personally. (I guess I will have to watch my bank account to see if I’m refunded for the soup or not.) I also ordered a slice of the double crust apple pie, which was $4 and is the absolute smallest slice of pie I’ve ever seen in my life. (Judge for yourself in the photo I have uploaded.) I will say the turkey and dressing platter was good, however. So no complaints on the quality of the meal, just desperately lacking in quality customer service. Not sure I’ll be going back to this Bob Evan’s.

This is one of me and boy’s favorite local restaurants. The food is always 10/10!!! They even made a cute little triangle house with my youngest grilled cheese . The food was incredible. I’d give 5 stars if the waitress had been more attentive. I gave 1 star on service because she was kind. She forgot silverware, forgot 3 of our dishes, overcharged us and eventually wasn’t too kind about me asking why, and there were maybe only 3 or 4 other people in the whole restaurant, so it wasn’t like she was too busy. Maybe she was having a rough day, I understand. But besides the service the food is always amazing. LOVE YOUR CHEFFS!!!!

Service was very good and food was very tasty. It didn’t come out fast but it was an okay amount of time. Food presentation was beautiful on every dish and everyone loved their entrees. Haven’t been here for several years but used to come weekly.

Monday, July 24, 2023. Our server was Kristine (or Kristen. She never introduced herself) We were seated and immediately she asked if we were ready to order. We ordered and I got a sweet cream cold brew that tasted very sour. My husband (a tan Hispanic man) asked for a replacement stating something might be wrong with the cream. She didn’t say a word and quickly returned with a new cold brew with cream on the side. Turns out it was the cold brew coffee itself that was extremely sour. A few minutes pass and she brings out our food along with our check, never saying a word. The entire experience was subpar, with clear undertones of racism as she had a lot of patience and was taking great care of her Caucasian customers. We have been here twice before, and both experiences were phenomenal. Today’s experience was so unpleasant that we will not be returning.

Took about 10 minutes for a hostess to recognize us and check us in. She never smiled and was more concerned with getting to go orders ready. We’ve been a couple of times lately and it is always the same. You feel like they don’t want your business. Long wait time to be seated. Once seated, service was excellent and waitress was amazing!

We had 5 in our party, but one stayed back to take a phone call, so told us what to order for him. The waitress waited 30 minutes before coming to take our order, assuming we were waiting on him to order. We were on a tight schedule. When my husband came in from his 45 minute phone call, he was going to put his food in a box to take it with us, but we were still waiting on our food! All of that made us late for the event in which we were trying to get. The food was great, but really disappointed in time wasted and missing an important part of our event.

Had to send my pancakes bake due to not being done, then they still weren’t done, so I only ate the small outside ring. The scrambled eggs weren’t really scambled, looked like an omelet, so no fluffyness at all,had 2 bites, home fries were cool, so not good at all. The only thing that was were the slices of bacon, which I ate. So disappointed. IF I go back, I’ll maybe try lunch but never breakfast again. The only good thing was our server.

We had a good experience here. I’ve had bad experiences at other Bob Evans but we decided to give this one a chance. I’m glad we did. The staff was attentive and the food was great. Will go again.
