The Jian Bing is good, but I don’t think the Loaded duck for $15 +×20% tip (so $18) is worth it. I couldn’t taste or see any duck! I could also get more food in Jian bing for less at Master Kong or Duck House. It was fresh and well made, but the margins on this are way more than brick and mortar offering substantially similar food.

When we are in the area, we try to stop by here for a bite to eat. The bings they make are delicious and reminds us of food you can find in China. You’ll have to find parking on the street. During the lunch rush there can be a bit of a wait. There are outdoor seats to eat at or you can take the food to go. Great food as a snack or as a meal depending on your appetite.

I heard so much about this cart before visiting and it did not disappoint. It was really tasty. It can be a longer then normal weight wait since they are so busy. A few other cart options to choose from plus a beer cart.

We waited about half any hour for our three Jianbin. The size was small and the cracker was not crispy at all. The crepe was not cooked thoroughly. I cannot tell difference with extra eggs and normal. Generally the Jianbin Master at Seattle is much better that it doesn’t worth to travel to Portland to give a try at all.

We absolutely love the Jianbing, and tea eggs here. The Jianbing tastes exactly like the ones we had in Shanghai. It was so lovely to get to experience the flavors again. Everything on the Jianbing was perfect from the spice in the sauce to the crunch in the cracker. A favorite stop when we visit Portland.

One of my favorite meals (and food carts) in all of portland! The jianbings hit every note from crunchy, cool, tangy, sweet, and salty. PRO TIP: ORDER THE SPAM ONE. I’ve had the chance to try other jianbings since, and none get it as good as this place. I love you, Bing Mi lol

Got the loaded Chinese sausage Jianbing! It was delicious. The pickled veggies were my favorite part and really balanced out the flavors. There was a variety of textures as well! I would’ve liked a little more Chinese sausage, but it was so good nonetheless.

Loved my tofu jianbing. Friendly staff, quick service, tasty food! The only thing was we asked for the spiciest option and it wasn’t spicy at all. Still yummy though. The fried wonton wrappers are nice and crunchy.

Really really really delicious jian bing!! Crunchy on the outside, soft and savory inside. Complement that with a cold sweet soy milk and you will experience a taste of heaven!!!
