The workers here are so so so so nice!! I felt bad when I saw signs like this. Why do people have to be such jerks? haha anyways the young lady that works here with the pink hair is very sweet. I grabbed some pizza for a pool day and the pizza was delicious! The restaurant is clean, however it feels slightly cluttered. Big Daddy’s is so much better than Little Caesar’s!

Place was empty when we came in and a bunch of chairs and tables were up like they were half closed or something. Pizzas were good but the toppings slid off. Bread sticks were delicious but had a pool of butter at the bottom of the container.

When I walked in, the guy at the front desk was sitting down playing on his phone, He didn’t even acknowledge me. I walked up to the counter and he seemed really Annoyed. He didnt even look up at me and he asked me in a rude manner if I was picking up or placing an order. I told him I was placing an order. He, again, just seemed really annoyed. After I placed my order, I went outside and waited. I then went in to grab my order and the same guy who took my order was taking another customers order and he was telling the other customers that he has c0v¡d and that it was really bad and that he cant really breath or taste anything. He was going on about how c0v¡d was really kicking his butt. my jaw just dropped. The people that were ordering changed their minds and decided to leave, I then saw them walk next door to subway instead. He wasn’t even wearing a mask. The least he could of done was wear a mask. he was literally coughing with out even covering his mouth. Not only was he rude and had no customer service, He was going on about having c0v¡d and was coughing everywhere! I was so freaked out. I hurried and left. Now I don’t even feel comfortable eating my pizza. I feel like I just wasted my money!

Place is pretty dirty on the inside and customer service is like C level at best… my order is constantly wrong between burnt pizza and them trying to kill me this is by far the worst big daddies pizza in West Jordan. I always order the same thing the small white pizza with pepperoni sometimes and they put red sauce on it and I’m allergic. I’ve never once gotten a refund or replacement order either.

Horrible customer service and food made incorrectly! The delivery driver was extremely rude and unprofessional. The manager Bak refused to give any customer service when brought to his attention. He got huffy and puffy on the phone, stating that we lied, and that they had made the pizza correctly. He would not let us talk or explain the situation. Now we have a pizza we cannot eat and waisted $60. This we not our first horrible experience with this location. We wanted to give it another chance but they disappointed us again. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

Man, this pizza place in Kearns puts dominoes Papa John’s and dominoes out of business. Any time of the week their food is made delicious and accurate, and does not taste like a disgusting cardboard box. Well done big Daddys.

So I ordered my food they said the delivery charge was included but then asked me if I wanted to leave a tip for the driver. The difference between you guys and everywhere else is the delivery fee is for the driver other places don’t ask for additional tip. Won’t be ordering again

Honestly don’t come here at all trust me you will regret it the food wasn’t even that good and the place was disgusting. There was 3 people “working” but only one of them actually did something the other two looked like family? First off why have family members seating at the front were people order and second of all they literally stare at you eat like it was sooooo uncomfortable. Also the fact that I paid more then 25+ bucks for only a a 14″ pizza that once you pick up a slice the whole cheese and toppings start to fall off and all you have left is crust and bread is unforgettable this place should have been shut down a long time ago. I’m not sure why it’s still open. Your better off going to dominos then here DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Got takeout and food was okay for a pizza place although when ordered wings wasn’t asked how so ended up buffalo style which isn’t my favorite. Chairs stacked on tables and entertainment area full of stored supplies which leads me to believe most of business is carryout. Friendly staff and fast service so will try again.

Ordered a pizza online and received a phone call confirming my sauce choices as I had selected two. The person making my pizza literally called me to confirm it was accurate, like who does that? I can’t even get my healthcare provider to answer the phone, LOL. On top of that, the same guy who called me delivered the pizza! He was like a pizza concierge end-to-end, I was so impressed. The pizza arrived hot and was delicious. Just outstanding overall and completely unexpected.
