Beans & Brews Coffee House has been around since 1993, when the Laramie family opened shop next to Salt Lake City’s beloved hangout, Liberty Park. The family refined the process of high-altitude roasting, which results in uniquely smooth coffee with intense flavor. Beans & Brews—or “Beans,” as friends call us for short—is now a staple around Utah and its friends, Idaho and Nevada. Our guests are our reason for getting up in the morning. We love greeting regulars with their favorite drinks, made just the way they like ‘em. And we dig getting to know newcomers from all over the world and welcoming them to the Beans community. Went in today for my weekly meeting and after being there for 10 minutes, I was told by who I assume was the district manager (older lady with a clip board) “you need to order something in the next five minutes or you need to leave, this isn’t a place to loiter” ITS A COFFEE SHOP!! I buy coffee or lunch every time I go in but today my colleague was already there, so I sat down first. Big mistake I guess. And she was SO rude about it. Very unprofessional. If you own this location I don’t think this lady is who you think she is and she is not doing your customers any favors! Wow, I’m blown away by how terrible she treated us. We were dressed in business cloths and had our computers, that’s not loitering.

I would give Andrew a 10!! He is such a good person, he knows my name, he is always smiling and with great attitude. I work near by. Today I ordered food, but a client showed and wasn’t able to pickup on time. When I finished I went to the backroom and when came back to my office, I was surprised that I found my food in my desk!!! Andrew delivered it! He didn’t have to but I called him to thank him and he said he knew I was probaly hungry. We went above and beyond, he made my day!! You have to recognize him for his excellent service! Thank you, thank you! Ps. I have to say everyone here is very nice !

My family loves Beans & Brews, it is our favorite coffee place ever! Today we had another great experience not just thanks to B&B but the car in front of us (whoever you are THANK YOU!) They paid for our drinks.
