I both worked here and been serviced here the owner is horrible. So rude to customers for no reason and the beer here is nasty. We came in today to play some pool as soon as we walked in he said “out!” We had just gotten there he had no reason to kick us out and he didn’t want to give us one. As a person who works with customers you should be a people person and make them feel wanted so we can come back and give more money to your business. I am very upset don’t come here don’t waste your time. Food is also overpriced and small.

I walk in, immediately I’m hit with the smell of alcohol, I was not warned there would be alcohol. I ignored the foul odor of the devils liquid and sat down to what I thought was fine dining and I was not met with a menu. I sat there for a whole 3 hours and not a single person asked me if I needed anything. When I was FINALLY given a menu the owner rolled their eyes EVERYTIME I asked for more napkins, I’m a pretty messy gal, I need a lotta coverage, anywho. I sit down and I’m my with niece when immediately she gets kicked in the face by the owner because she was wearing her hat indoors, she’s a newborn so we thought it was good for her but we were wrong. Do not visit this establishment, especially with children.

I enjoy their pizza, but the lady out front was a but rude. We told her we seen a flyer at Baggis chevron about a special when we placed our order over the phone and when we went to pick it up she said we needed the coupon, we’re like what coupon she said from chevron. We told her we didn’t know it was a coupon, we thought it was a flyer and she said then she couldn’t give us the special without the flyer. We didn’t want to argue with her and have our food cold, so we just paid the original price and left.

I highly recommend that nobody comes here. As a certificated ServeSafe handler I saw first hand at the unsanitary food practices these people do. The manager allows food containment and cross contact containment to happen. And doesn’t wash none of their food beforehand. Instead he mixes it altogether. They also don’t sanitize none of their equipment like they should. They failed to keep up to date on basic sanity practices that are held up by the FADA. Also, from many previous employees who have together here before there is a common thing. The lack of training involved. Instead of giving their employee a week or two of training they only give you two days at most. And their manager expects people to work for free for so many days without pay which is illegal and the manager confirmed this with me himself. He also calls very young female employees his “Baby Doll” which makes young female employees uncomfortable who are twice as young as the manager. He also refuses to heard new ideas from his employees and shuts them down emotionally to keep their quiet. I would never recommend coming to a place where an elderly manager fails to keep up to date on basic sanity practices and emotionally aduse his employees. If you ever read this review know that Baggis Pizza is not worth coming to. And that this place needs to be shut down by the Better Business Bureau or needs to be placed under new management immediately.

There was a happy hour beers were cold its just off the freeway there’s friendly staff a pool table a full bar plenty of space and the foods great a had a pepperoni mushroom and Italian sausage calzone that was delicious!

Pizza is no good it reminded me of gas station pizza I ordered with extra cheese and did not look like it had that.. will not buy from here again ill just order from pizza hut when im in delano again.
