Armadillo Willy’s Real Texas BBQ’s signature Prime Brisket is smoked 18-hours with oak wood, as are two kinds of ribs – baby backs and St. Louis cut pork ribs, tri-tip, pulled pork, fresh chicken, turkey and our Texas jalapeño-cheese sausage. Burgers are flame-grilled and we offer a variety of tasty combinations our smoked meats as sandwiches. BBQ platters come with a choice of 15 different sides like white cheddar & bacon mac and cheese, fresh baked corn muffins, whitecorn salad, caesar salad, garlic-parmesan fries, sweet potato fries and more! Wash it all down with a craft beer, including Pliny and a huge variety of local favorites. Have us at your party, corporate meeting, special event, wedding, you name it, we cater!

Came with friends and family on a weekend. Wasn’t too busy. Staff was amicable and service was quick. Nothing too special about this good but overall consistent with great taste and vast menu selection. Meat was tender and fries were cooked in good, clean oil.

The food and service is good, but $25 for a burger meal is pretty steep for me. I’ll continue to go occasionally, perhaps on special occasions, and will look of coupons or other discounts. If you are not price conscious and enjoy burgers and BBQ, I think you will like Willy’s.

I used to come here all the time with my mom as a youngster I loved it so much but now it’s different the food is still good well, not as good as it used to taste before but still good. To be honest the thing I notice the most in the VERY small portion sizes, it doesn’t match up with the prices at all it’s ridiculous ! They gave us our food last time and it felt like we were eating from the kids menu but paying more than I’ve ever paid there which doesn’t make sense to me. It makes me sad because I’d love to come by more often like I used to but it’s just too pricey for what you get.

Genuinely shocked at how mediocre BBQ can be. Dry, underspiced pork, served with (not cooked in) barbeque sauce. On the side. In a little tiny cup. No coleslaw or even pickles on the pulled pork sandwich. Three ribs for 20 bucks? Not to mention screwing up the order and serving cornbread with rock hard, frozen butter. Unreal.

Very dry and under seasoned pork on my pulled pork sandwich. Did not come with coleslaw sadly and only a small cup of bbq sauce. Certainly not fork tender and hand shredded. More like overcooked and torn apart/cubed. Ordered with a side of potato salad, received a mediocre cornbread muffin with rock hard apple butter and no utensil to spread it. Massively overpriced for that experience. The only decent thing was the brioche bun which it the only thing they didn’t make.

Been a few years, not since before COVID. Gone downhill. Ribs almost as dry as bone, not even sauce could save them. Stingy portions, bread is now a paid side dish. Won’t be back.
