I ordered take-out for New Year’s Eve. Hummus, Babaganoush, Chicken Pastilla, Chicken Tagine with Apricots & Roasted Almonds, and Berber. Everything was absolutely divine! Not a single complaint to be had. Even my kids loved everything and wanted more! I am disappointed I didn’t order more, we didn’t have enough leftovers. (Orders are enough for 1 person, not really for sharing) But then we have reason to come back again! I didn’t see the inside of the restaurant, but my husband did and he said it’s beautiful inside, excellent atmosphere. Highly recommend if you love food with flavor!

Went there over the weekend on a double date. The restaurant was recommended to me by a friend’s mom, and it did not disappoint! The atmosphere was nice and low key. The waitstaff were very sweet and observant. Most importantly the food was excellent – though we each got separate plates we ended up sharing our food because it was so good. Definitely recommend if you’re interested in unique but approachable food.

Our server for some reason wasn’t happy with our order. 2 of us had a salad and 2 appetizers. After we order she said “that’s it?” We were one of 2 or 3 tables. It was a very awkward and uncomfortable meal. At least the food was good.

If you enjoy Mediterranean food, make sure you stop here! Service is a bit on the slower side, but I believe it’s because the kitchen in small and only 1 person back there. Worth the wait though. My favorites are the beet salad, grilled octopus and chicken kabobs. They get their seafood in fresh daily but I was there once and got bad scallops. They took the dish back, was not happy about it, and didn’t agree they were bad. But they did take the meal off the bill. We waited a few months to go back again and now we just don’t order the scallops! Everything else we’ve tried has been very good. Even during busy times, the place is empty and I’m hoping they don’t close anytime soon!

The one star is extremely generous. Don’t come here unless you want to waste your time. Service is extremely slow. We ordered 2 appetizers. After eating only the first one and waiting 15 min thinking the server forgot about the second one, she came to our table saying she gave our other appetizer to the wrong table, but gave us something that we didn’t order. She asked if we wanted to wait for the appetizer we did order, but we declined since we had already been waiting for a while. After not touching the appetizer we did not order, she asked why we didn’t eat it, which I explained, it was not what we ordered. Again after waiting another 15 min, our entrees come out. After taking only a few bites of mine, I found a hair in it. We were both so annoyed with the entire experience we told the server about the hair and left. I brought my husband here to celebrate an occasion and this experience here ruined our entire night.

First off I’d like to address the other reviews saying this restaurant does have slow service. I agree percent but with one caveat, I saw this only during lunch. You see after lunch they close at 3pm to get ready for the busy dinner rush. So unfortunately if you want a fast late lunch break you might not be able to get it here depending on the time of your visit. I myself found my lunch with my guest super relaxing. We had plenty of time to chat and eat an appetizer before our main lunch course was served. I would maybe agree they should warn you before you sit down near the 2pm time frame, that it’ll take awhile. I figured the long wait was because of the break before dinner and the owner told me that I was correct.
