I showed up 40 mins before closing and was not able to order anything from the fryer because it had been shut off for the night. I simply wanted flautas, and a tall gentlemen with glasses shouldn’t have been behind the counter because he doesn’t know the menu! I had to point to him what I wanted. I then asked what food can you prepare for dinner. He responded chicken. After some back and forth between he and the cashier, I left. I love trying new places, but if the operation is messy, I’m not going to eat there!

They say menudo Saturday and Sunday, but never have menudo when I come on the weekends. Idk if I have bad luck and come in the days they didn’t make it. Or if they just never make it. I later came for a tejuino, there was a line of like 3 people ahead of me and it took about 20-25 minutes for my turn to order and then they said they didn’t have tejuino.

Honestly I come here ever few weeks when I’m in the mood for good food and great iced coffee. They are always kind and cook the food fresh upon ordering. I highly recommend their tortas and tacos de canasta with chicharron.

I came in not knowing how this restaurant would be. I saw a great menu selection of broad variety of food items, and felt like a kid in a candy store. I ordered the Sopes it was absolutely delicious and had a pina water drink which was also really good. I love Mexican food but this place took me to Mexico. Can’t wait to go in and dine again. Highly Recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Angelito’s always makes me feel at home. I love the food and the desserts. They are very considerate. Today I brought my 11 month daughter and they did little nice extra things for all the kids there. It was great!

A heladeria this good and this far north of the border!? I would not have believed it to be possible, but here it is. The ice cream is so so good, the atmosphere is so wonderful. And, the food is generally excellent as well. My wife and I split a giant torta that was absolutely delicious. We will definitely be returning to this place!

A fantastic little hole-in-the-wall place & hidden gem in SLC. Their sweet frozen treats are amaze-balls! We love getting their house made fruit icecream bars to keep at home or to take to a party.
