Disappointed. Placed a large order today (July 6, 2022) on DoorDash at around 6:00 pm, dinner time. The restaurant confirmed my order, and then canceled it 30 minutes later. When I inquired with Doordash as to what happened, they said the delivery person came to Al Rawabi to pick up my order but the restaurant was actually closed. (It’s still showing as being open on Google, too.) Please don’t participate on the food delivery platforms unless you can follow through.

I’ve been trying to find a good shawarma place in jersey since I came back from Palestine and after 3 years of searching this is by far the best shawarma in jersey. The charcoal flavor that you get in the chicken is amazing, the garlic sauce actually tastes like garlic (not mayo like all other places), the guy that serves you makes the sandwiches with love and is the nicest person you’ll ever meet.

I always forget to a take pic before eating…..but I HIGHLY recommend their kofta kebab sandwich. It was so juicy and was well seasoned . It was cooked perfectly so that it had the charcoal flavor but wasn’t enough to dry it up. The size of the sandwich was also reasonable. I loved it!! The sandwich was well worth the price
