This was my first time here and I must say it was a great experience. I’m a nanny so I had the little one with me to grab a bite to eat since their sign showed they have breakfast burritos. The customer service was very welcoming and the shop was very clean. I asked what the burrito came with and I was amazed at the options. Potato’s, salsa,eggs, sausage, jalapeños and sour cream. The burrito was huge! As you can see I already started eating and how much was still left. The flavor was amazing and just a great experience. They have many other options on their menu. I will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone in the Lakewood areas.

I love anything peanut butter so I just had to get the peanut butter overdose. It was dreamy and creamy, but too much for one person — I couldn’t finish it! I think their shakes are probably better to share

I would never in my life go here again!!!! Got here at 8:15 had one person ahead of us. The lady that was working Said she needed to go out for a cigarette because she’s had too many people coming today. At 850 she was ready to take our order and then when I told her what kind of shake I want she said she couldn’t make it because they were about to close. After she told the person in front of us to go find a seat and she will bring it to their table because it’s a mess so she’s got to eat it in there. Me and my kids are extremely disappointed. If she wouldn’t have gone out for that cigarette maybe we would’ve gotten our ice cream. And she was coughing all over the place.

Very nice! They’ve got great ice cream the coffee is pretty good and they do good milkshakes. I’ve had a sammich but they do more of a runny egg which I don’t prefer so I gave it to my coworker and she said it was DELICIOUS! Plus you always see the owner here it’s nice to see very nice folks!

We had a wonderful experience at Addicted Coffee Bar. It’s a fun and bright atmosphere, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was a decent line when we went, however the staff was quick to react and everything was brought out in a timely matter, including the ellaborate sundae. I highly recommend everyone visit this place at least once. It offers a little slice of New York right here in Northeast Ohio.

Came to Addicted on Sweetest Day to get ice cream and coffee. Great atmosphere with cleanliness.Great for first dates or with children. Cashier was very attentive to what I was looking for and help us patiently decide what was best for us. Even put a spin on my toppings. Menu flexible with different things to chose from. Super friendly customer service. Will Recommend.

I had one of there milkshakes. It’s honestly just a silly gimmick. They pile it high with candy and wiped cream but the actual milkshake is over mixed. The milk diluted the flavor of the ice cream so it just tasted off. I don’t regret buying it I have a good story to tell and that’s really all the shake is worth. Can’t say anything about the coffe.
